The proof of delivery should be signed when you receive the order. If you are not available to collect the order, please suggest an alternative, such as a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc.

Normally, it would take us 7 – 14 business days to deliver across India. In rare cases, it may take a little longer if there is a festive season. Other external factors or natural calamities may also cause a delay.
As soon as your order is processed from our end, one of our Logistics partner( DTDC or Bluedart ) will come and pickup your order from our warehouse.
The order is automatically assigned to a particular logistics partner based on your delivery location. From the day they picked up your order, you will receive it anywhere between 1-7 working days depending on your location.
All shipments will be delivered between Monday – Saturday from 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM. Orders can be canceled by emailing sales@maleemaindia.com before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation isn't possible. For damaged products, email us within 2 working days of delivery.
