Maleema offers free standard shipping on every domestic order across India. There is no minimum order value and no shipping charge for domestic deliveries.
Orders are normally delivered within 7–14 business days across India. Delivery may take longer during festive periods or due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, transport disruptions or natural calamities.
Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our logistics partner, Delivery, for shipment from our warehouse.
After dispatch, transit time may generally take 1–7 working days, depending on your location. Tracking details will be shared when available.
Deliveries are generally made Monday to Saturday during the carrier's operating hours. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and acknowledge delivery.
If you are unavailable, you may arrange for a family member, colleague or neighbour to receive the parcel on your behalf. Please check the parcel and product upon receipt.
Cancellation requests may be made by emailing info@maleemaindia.com before the order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If your order arrives damaged or the product is defective, please contact info@maleemaindia.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for the review and resolution process.
